Join Britain's Biggest Thank You To Veterans

The Armed Forces Pledge is a simple way to show that their service and sacrifice are seen, valued and remembered.

More than 1.8 million veterans live in the UK, alongside serving personnel and their families. From National Service and Northern Ireland to the Falklands, Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan, generations have served our country. The Armed Forces Pledge is our way of bringing people across Britain together to say thank you - and to show that their service has not been forgotten.

Your pledge matters.

Add your name, add an optional message, and show the Armed Forces community that Britain is still with them.

It is about time that veterans had better access in getting the help and support that they need. Be this medical, mental health, or just someone, or somewhere that they can go to without long waiting lists.

We gave up our health to support the United Kingdom, and the lack of appreciation is demoralising.

We should never take for granted the purpose people sign up to protect our country for. In some instances it takes their all.

It would benefit all Veterans to receive counselling for trauma and grief. Talking, and being listened to, is healing and can improve mental and physical wellbeing. This can help Veterans move forward in a more positive and confident way. No Veteran should be neglected by Armed Forces accountability as they often are now.

I never served in the armed forces but was a London fireman. Nevertheless, I stand with you 100%.
