Join Britain's Biggest Thank You To Veterans

The Armed Forces Pledge is a simple way to show that their service and sacrifice are seen, valued and remembered.

More than 1.8 million veterans live in the UK, alongside serving personnel and their families. From National Service and Northern Ireland to the Falklands, Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan, generations have served our country. The Armed Forces Pledge is our way of bringing people across Britain together to say thank you - and to show that their service has not been forgotten.

Your pledge matters.

Add your name, add an optional message, and show the Armed Forces community that Britain is still with them.

My father served in the Royal Navy for 30 years during WW1 and WW2. My mother was a P.O. Wren Cook during WW2. I served in the Women’s Royal Naval Service for two years at RNAS Culdrose and as the Admiral’s Personal Shorthand Typist at the headquarters of the CinC Western Fleet at Northwood in Middlesex

To every man and woman who has served, and to the families who serve quietly alongside them — thank you will never feel like enough. I have seen firsthand the sacrifices military life asks of people, both during service and long after it ends. You deserve far more than our gratitude; you deserve to be supported, valued and remembered for the rest of your lives. No veteran who gave so much should ever be left to struggle alone or feel forgotten. Your service mattered, your sacrifices matter, and you will always have my deepest respect and gratitude 🤍🤍
