Join Britain's Biggest Thank You To Veterans

The Armed Forces Pledge is a simple way to show that their service and sacrifice are seen, valued and remembered.

More than 1.8 million veterans live in the UK, alongside serving personnel and their families. From National Service and Northern Ireland to the Falklands, Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan, generations have served our country. The Armed Forces Pledge is our way of bringing people across Britain together to say thank you - and to show that their service has not been forgotten.

Your pledge matters.

Add your name, add an optional message, and show the Armed Forces community that Britain is still with them.

The British Navy, Army and Airforce are the best in the World because of those people who train hard and serve without fear and with pride. We just need more of you with better resources and of course the Country should always respect, value, and support you for your service. Its right to pay benefits to those who truly need them but reducing defence budgets to do so is foolish especially in the current political climate and when so many claiming benefits would probably benefit from working or National Service in the military or social care to give them skills, motivation.and self worth.

To those who have served or are serving now including those in my own family, I thank you for your service. Saying thank you is one thing the Americans do better.
