These brave men should be shown respect for what they do for our country. Not neglected when their lives are changed through war,but looked after.

The government needs to get behind our veterans they fought and died for this country and should be treated with the respect they deserve. Nothing but admiration for the armed forces x

Not enough is fine to continue to pretext and support our brave armed forces. They need to feel seen and heard, receive enhanced aftercare, enhanced sick pay, enhanced pensions. Nothing will ever be enough to repay their sacrifice but that would be a start.

When i see those heroes and how their lives have had to change, it breaks my heart that they’re so neglected.

I have a giant poppy picture on the bonnet of my car, with the words

’ lest we forget’ written under it.

Also a silhouette of the soldier with his rifle….

When i see the uk now and what is become, it makes their sacrifice even more of an insult…

Born into a military family, raised as a military brat, and at the age of 17, served in the Royal Navy. My father was an RAF veteran (deceased), and both my brother (from the age of 16 years old) and uncle (deceased) were Army veterans. Never forgotten.
