Join Britain's Biggest Thank You To Veterans

The Armed Forces Pledge is a simple way to show that their service and sacrifice are seen, valued and remembered.

More than 1.8 million veterans live in the UK, alongside serving personnel and their families. From National Service and Northern Ireland to the Falklands, Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan, generations have served our country. The Armed Forces Pledge is our way of bringing people across Britain together to say thank you - and to show that their service has not been forgotten.

Your pledge matters.

Add your name, add an optional message, and show the Armed Forces community that Britain is still with them.

My husband served in the army and has PTSD but like every veteran we cope with it. My son has just done 20 years in the Royal Navy and I am very proud as a wife and mother that you all served your Queen and King in coming forward to protect our country .

Our veterans must be both respected and protected, we relied on them to protect us, now they rely on us to protect them, we must never forget them

My Dad was a proud RM. He was shot (wounded) in 1962 in his early 20’s and continued to serve Queen & country for another 20 plus years. And I was so proud of him as I am with every veteran & serving members of our f forces 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Thank you for coming forward protecting our country and our way of life. To have courage and Honour.

We need to remind ourselves that the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men and women to do nothing

    Thank you!

My husband is a veteran, I’m now a veteran and I know first hand the challenges that people can face when they’re in and when they choose to leave. I stand behind the armed forces community. This is a fantastic charity doing incredible work to support those in need.

To every person who has served, and to those who continue to serve today, thank you. Your service, courage and sacrifice should never be taken for granted or forgotten. Behind every uniform is a person, a family and often sacrifices that most of us will never fully understand. We remember those who never came home, stand with those who did, and recognise the families who served alongside them in their own way. You have my respect, gratitude and thanks.

I shouldn’t have to write this as my supporting contribution should say it all & the powers that be should be ashamed. A massive thank you for your service, for keeping this country free, for your sacrifice. I solute you.
