Alan Willis signed Armed Forces Pledge 2026-10-01 10:24:17 +0100Our Armed Forces are essential in maintaining our freedom and security in a world of threats. We should be both grateful to the women and men that are serving and supportive of those who have served and those who have made sacrifices. Without these people our way of life would not be the same.
Join Britain's Biggest Thank You To Veterans
The Armed Forces Pledge is a simple way to show that their service and sacrifice are seen, valued and remembered.
More than 1.8 million veterans live in the UK, alongside serving personnel and their families. From National Service and Northern Ireland to the Falklands, Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan, generations have served our country. The Armed Forces Pledge is our way of bringing people across Britain together to say thank you - and to show that their service has not been forgotten.
