Robert Law signed Armed Forces Pledge 2026-10-01 11:15:47 +0100I want to add my thanks particularly to those who lost their lives or were injured in peacetime, training for war. There are many and they’re not covered in glory like those in war, but made the same sacrifice for our freedom.
Join Britain's Biggest Thank You To Veterans
The Armed Forces Pledge is a simple way to show that their service and sacrifice are seen, valued and remembered.

From National Service and Northern Ireland to the Falklands, Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan, generations have served our country. The Armed Forces Pledge is our way of bringing people across Britain together to say thank you - and to show that their service has not been forgotten.
