Linda Joseph signed Armed Forces Pledge 2026-10-01 12:06:23 +0100I love our armed forces – while they are tough and hard, they are caring and instil confidence in those they are helping and fighting for. They are the best in the world by far. Thank you for protecting us and fighting for democracy, peace and providing humanitarian help. A special thank you to those who are living with physical and mental injuries as a result of serving their country.

The Armed Forces Pledge is a simple way to show that their service and sacrifice are seen, valued and remembered.
More than 1.8 million veterans live in the UK, alongside serving personnel and their families. From National Service and Northern Ireland to the Falklands, Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan, generations have served our country.
