Simon James signed Armed Forces Pledge 2026-10-08 11:44:37 +0100All service and sacrifice matters, but successive governments continue to fail not only veterans but active service personnel, through poor funding, poor equipment, poor housing, poor support. If someone puts on a uniform, we need to respect and support them regardless!
Join Britain's Biggest Thank You To Veterans
The Armed Forces Pledge is a simple way to show that their service and sacrifice are seen, valued and remembered.
More than 1.8 million veterans live in the UK, alongside serving personnel and their families. From National Service and Northern Ireland to the Falklands, Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan, generations have served our country. The Armed Forces Pledge is our way of bringing people across Britain together to say thank you - and to show that their service has not been forgotten.
